Cintiq Companion 2

Hey guys, I don't visit here much, but I feel like this sort of warrents a visit to deviantART. As a number of you are aware, I purchased a Cintiq Companion 2 from Wacom a while back, and well, after 8 days it stopped working. The tablet I purchased and fell in love with... stopped being a tablet. The pen, the touch, the buttons, all not working. I spent the better part of 15 hours on the phone with some condescending jackass at Wacom named Micheal, trying to get them to send me a box or a shipping label. I fucking worked as a hardware technician for two years. Tablets and Laptops were what I did FOR A LIVING. And the guy on the phone treat
